In
addition to our custom tours Mull Magic is also able to offer a
daily walking tour on the island meeting in Tobermory at 10.00 am.
If
you are coming over on the ferry from Oban for a day out, or staying
in an hotel or guesthouse on the island, you can be collected and
transported to the start of the walk, guided along the route and
provided with an excellent packed lunch before returning back to the
ferry or your residence.
The essence of Mull Magic is to engage with the countryside, rather
than in strenuous mountain climbing. You do not have to be an
experienced hill walker but need the stamina to walk for up to 4-5
hours in a day. Please be aware that the paths may be muddy and some
of the walks will be over rough terrain and rocky shores. Our daily
walks are graded as moderate but easier and more challenging walks
are available on request.
Stout walking boots and waterproof jacket and trousers are essential
for all our walks. You will also need a small rucksack or daysac to
carry your lunch, waterproofs and any personal belongings. Our walks include idyllic island walks through wild
glens, past picturesque lochs, bubbling springs, cascading
waterfalls and shimmering white beaches. You will discover deserted
villages and walk along cliffs with magical views of the Inner
Hebrides island seascapes. Experience the atmosphere of and gain an
insight into the region's magical and beautiful landscape. Learn
about the flora, fauna and history of the area. Imagine yourself
walking around the stunning landscape and spectacular coastline with
seals, otters, dolphins, golden and sea-eagles for company. The
walks have been designed to take in all that these bewitching
Western Isles have to offer and the views will take your breath
away.

per person including a home-made packed lunch. Booking is
