This
walk will provide you with a chance to explore an assortment of
flora and fauna - wild flowers, birds, butterflies, mosses, lichens
and fungi. Mull Magic is enthusiastic and passionate about the
social and natural history of the Isle of Mull and endeavours to
educate, entertain and inform on all the walks.
We meet at 1.30 pm at the
entrance to the Harbour Building, Taigh Solais in Tobermory. The
walk is 4½ miles on a good undulating path. The field in which the
Standing Stones are located can be boggy so walking boots are
essential and waterproofs advisable

This
short walk will give you a taster of prehistoric Mull - what did
these majestic stones mean to our ancestors? Learn about the
Highland Clearances and how Glengorm got it’s name.
We meet at 8.00 pm at Glengorm
Coffee Shop, located in the grounds of Glengorm Castle, just 4 miles
from Tobermory. The walk is just short of 3 miles on flat easy terrain,
there is however a short scramble to the summit of the ancient castle.
Walking boots are essential and waterproofs advisable.
