Guided Wildlife Walks and Holidays on
the Isle of Mull, Iona and Ulva
New for 2010 - Wildlife Holidays in addition to our Walking Holiday programme
 Mull Magic is pleased to offer
two itineraries of guided walking
holidays for 2010 based at our favourite hotel at Glenforsa
near Salen. This hotel is just 10 minutes walk from the village
and is chosen for its central location on the island, its warm
welcome and also for its outstanding cuisine. The hotel offers an
a la carte restaurant and also bar meals. There is a popular
Italian restaurant in the
village but if you wish to dine further afield it is a
20 minute
drive to Tobermory.
The
Wildlife Holidays involve less mileage, no more than five miles in
a day which therefore allows for a more relaxed time to enjoy the
island's spectacular scenery and abundant wildlife.
The Wildlife Holiday itinerary is suitable for the reasonably fit
and active.
The Walking
Holiday, of up to ten miles duration, offers the experienced
walker a more challenging pace whilst still taking time to observe
and appreciate the local flora and fauna.
Some of the routes are over rough terrain and rocky shores so a
good level of fitness is required for this itinerary.

you choose your holiday includes the following:-

walks are guided by an experienced Walk Leader and Wildlife Expert
who lives locally and has intimate knowledge of all the areas
visited. Our groups are small, usually 4 - 10 people
who share common
interests of walking, wildlife and history.
We are also offering Autumn
and Winter Wildlife Walking Breaks, 3 night packages, from now until the end of March using a
choice of accommodation in Tobermory, either 3 or 4 star B&B
accommodation or a self-catering cottage.
